Your account

You must be 18 or over and using Leadkite for business purposes. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything sent from mailboxes you connect.

How you can use Leadkite

• Only send relevant business emails to people at organisations, never to personal consumer addresses.
• Follow the email and data protection laws that apply to you, including UK GDPR and PECR.
• Don’t send spam, misleading content or anything unlawful, and don’t try to get around unsubscribe handling.

We can suspend accounts that break these rules or put our service or sending reputation at risk.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Leadkite running, but we can’t guarantee results, reply rates or uninterrupted service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
