Our customers

When you sign up we collect your name, email, company and billing details, plus how you use the app. We use this to run your account, take payment, provide support and improve Leadkite. Connected mailboxes use secure sign in from Google or Microsoft. We never see or store your password.

People our customers contact

To find the right person at an organisation, we use business contact details (name, job title, work email, organisation) from third party data providers and public sources. Our customers use these to send business emails under legitimate interests. If you receive an email sent through Leadkite, you can opt out by replying or using the unsubscribe option, and you won’t be contacted again by that sender.

Sharing your data

We don’t sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run Leadkite, such as hosting, payments, email delivery and contact data providers, under contracts that protect it.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open and for up to [x] years afterwards for legal and accounting reasons. Opt outs are kept permanently so nobody is contacted again.
